We have psychiatrists and psychologists who can provide invaluable information to the court in asylum & immigration proceedings. One of our dedicated team will undertake a comprehensive assessment of the client including a  review of medical records and all other relevant documentation.  They will then provide a concise psychiatric medico-legal report including a diagnosis of any mental health conditions and recommendations for treatment, where applicable.

We are regularly instructed to prepare medicolegal reports on a variety of issues including but not limited to:

• Assessments of IQ/mental capacity, including where English is not the first language
• Assessments of post traumatic stress disorder related to mental or physical abuse and torture
